This is a very popular combination treatment that includes mid and/or lateral cheek filler as well as tear trough filler in the under eye. Treating the mid and/or lateral cheek with filler first often enhances the results that can be achieved with tear trough filler alone. This is because augmenting the cheek area supports and adds tension to the skin around the eye, which minimises the appearance of under eye hollows. Tear trough treatment is best suited to those with true under eye hollowing and is not suitable for those with heavy eye bags or puffiness around the eyes.
